We have a quality assurance system that is based on the implementation of the 12 steps of HACCP, based on the first of these steps that implies the formation of a team dedicated to theidentification and analysis of hazards that could understand each of the operational steps of the different lines that make up the total plant, as well as the determination of the control
measures to be applied against the detection of such hazards. Based on this, a continuous monitoring of the CCPs is established and a record of their corrective actions when appropriate. These are subsequently analyzed by a part of the department dedicated to management for feedback and decision making.
